| if you ever watch VH1, theyve had things on there, and Bret Micheals from poison actually says thats how the song came about(the whole girlfriend cheating on the boyfriend). so thats how i got that. |

| When I read/listen to this song, this is what I get out of it; Bret Micheals, lead singer, is singing about his ex-girlfriend at the time, who he lost. She cheated on him and he's trying to figure out why, was it something he did or said? Then he's questioning if anyone else really knows what it feels like and how he knows that he could've saved it somehow. Finally towards the end Bret sings about how he's still hurting and that she found someone else and sopposidly he never ment much to her. Thus, the new person she found, being the man who she cheated on him with. |
